About Course

This course studies the essentials of management including planning, organizing, leading and controlling. The course emphasizes diversity, global management, ethics as it relates to decision making, scheduling work, motivating individuals and teams to achieve objectives and controlling the output and productivity so that goals are achieved both effectively and efficiently.
