About Course
This course develops the student’s ability to use appropriate communication tools for face-to-face business interactions in North America.
Students learn behaviors expected in interactive situations such as meetings, presentations, speeches, and information and employment-related interviews, and use communication tools of analysis, problem-solving, and Modeling in face-to-face communications.
