About Course
In today’s fast-paced, globalized work environment, effective communication is essential to success. This course is designed to enhance students’ communication skills in professional settings, with a focus on both written and oral communication. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, students will learn how to craft clear and persuasive messages, communicate effectively across different media (e.g., email, reports, presentations), and understand the nuances of intercultural communication. Topics include professional writing (emails, memos, reports), verbal communication (meetings, interviews, presentations), active listening, nonverbal communication, and communication in diverse environments. By the end of the course, students will have developed the skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively in both local and global contexts.
